After a successful inaugural event, the second Laguna Lăng Cô Triathlon will take place on 29 March 2014. The triathlon will be comprised of a 1.8k Swim, 62k Bike and a 12k Run. A triathlon team relay, a duathlon, and a Bike Race will round off the event program.
Laguna Lăng Cô is the first and largest fully integrated world-class hospitality development in Vietnam. LABELLING Please label all clothing and equipment, including both shoes, to ensure easy recovery
PERSONAL SAFETY
Always train with another person, especially in the water. While in the water, please wear a brightly coloured swim cap. When biking and running, please take precautions as Lăng Cô drivers and motorcyclists can be unpredictable. Take extreme caution when biking on ALL public roads.
WEATHER CONDITIONS & DEHYDRATION
Average air temperature for March in Lăng Cô is 29°C. Athletes MUST hydrate properly pre, during and post race. Bikes should be equipped with at least two water bottle cages.
